Location & Status
Enclave at The Farmington River is a proposed development of contiguous land parcels located south the River Bend at Farmington Assisted Living and the Farmington CT Temple encompassing land to the Farmington River. As the land between Riverbend Assisted Living and the Farmington Temple is located in a conservation easement, there is minimal visibility from Route 4.
No development approvals have been obtained from the Town of Farmington.
